How are my yamo products delivered?

As a Swiss customer, you will receive your yamo package on the day of your choice between Tuesday and Friday. Your products will be sent by DHL in a cardboard box with a reusable insulated bag and cooling pads. The delivery time depends on where you live, but is usually between 8am and 6pm. Don't worry if you're not at home at short notice. The parcel service will leave your delivery at a suitable location. Note: in case your products arrive a day later, please check if the cooling pads still contain a frozen core and if the products feel cool to the touch. If this is not the case, please write to us at: support@yamo.bio and attach a picture of the package.

Why are organically grown raw materials better for my child than conventional ones?

Conventional raw materials use pesticides and herbicides that can harm your child. With organically grown vegetables and fruits, the use of these substances is prohibited and this ban is strictly controlled. That's why we only use organic raw materials for our yamo products.

What makes yamo so special?

We love freshness above all else. That's why we use cold pressing to preserve heat-labile vitamins and the fresh taste of the ingredients. And all that without additives, concentrates or shelf life dates from a distant future.

How do you deliver your products? Don't they get warm?

We send our products in specifically designed boxes which keep them cool for more than 36 hours. Our customer support team will find a solution in the unlikely case that they arrive warm.
