We offer the following payment options:

Shipping

We currently deliver within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Delivery is free of charge if the value of goods exceeds CHF 59.50, otherwise shipping costs of CHF 7.90 apply. The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days.

Our boxes are shipped with DHL.

Returns

Returns are excluded. Customers will be adequately compensated by our customer service if there is a production defect, the cold chain has been interrupted or if ordered products are sold out.
