Linkster We use the tracking technology of Linkster GmbH, Geschwister-Scholl-Strasse 52, 20251 Hamburg, on this site to measure and visualise insights into partnerships and advertising channels. This is a function to measure the efficiency of the corresponding advertising measures. Furthermore, the information enables us to allocate advertising successes for billing purposes with corresponding advertising partners. When you click on an advertising integration, cookies are set in your browser, which are read in the event of a transaction. At each touch point, your browser sends an HTTP request to the Linkster server, with which certain information is transmitted. This information includes the URL of the website on which the advertising material is placed (referrer URL), the browser ID (user agent) of your end device (including information about the device type and operating system), the IP address of the end device (this IP address is anonymised and hashed by us before storage), HTTP header (data package with various technical information automatically transmitted by your browser), the time of the request and, if already stored on the end device, the cookie with its content. A cookie is a small data packet that is exchanged between your browser and the server. Information relevant to the web application can be stored and transmitted in this data package, e.g. the contents of a virtual shopping basket. The tracking technology stores cookies on your end device to document actions. A 24-digit, anonymous ID is stored in the cookie. Linked to this ID, the data is stored in encrypted form in our database on the server. This contains information about the last touch points (i.e. when a particular advertising medium was displayed or clicked on by an end device). If necessary, the stored touch points can be put together to form a sequence chain (user journey). In the case of a promotion request, the order number, a new customer feature and the shopping basket value of your order are also transmitted and stored by us. The cookies stored by Linkster GmbH are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The information transmitted to us and the cookies are used exclusively for the purpose of correctly allocating the success of an advertising medium and the corresponding billing. If you do not wish cookies to be stored in your browser, you can control this through our cookie/tracking banner or by setting your browser accordingly. You can control the storage of cookies in your browser under Tools/Internet options, restrict them to certain websites or set your browser to notify you as soon as a cookie is sent. Please note, however, that in this case you must expect a restricted display of the online offers and a restricted user guidance. 7 Re-targeting We use so-called re-targeting technologies on our website. This involves analysing your user behaviour on our website in order to be able to offer you individually tailored advertising on partner websites. Your user behaviour is recorded pseudonymously. Most re-targeting technologies work with cookies (see under "Cookies"). You can prevent re-targeting at any time by rejecting or switching off the relevant cookies via our cookie/tracking banner or in the menu bar of your web browser (see under "Cookies"). Criteo Through the technology of Criteo GmbH (32 Rue Blanche, 75009 Paris, France), anonymised information about the surfing behaviour of website visitors is collected and stored for marketing purposes. This data is stored in cookies on the visitor's computer. In order to identify logged-in users of our webshop across devices, Criteo GmbH stores anonymised e-mail addresses of the logged-in webshop users through encryption. This data is stored on servers of Criteo GmbH. Criteo GmbH uses an algorithm to analyse the anonymously recorded surfing behaviour and can then display targeted product recommendations as personalised advertising banners on other websites (so-called publishers). Under no circumstances can this data be used to identify you personally as a visitor to our website. The collected data will only be used to improve our services. This information is not used in any other way or passed on to third parties. After a successful referral, the cookie is automatically deleted or it automatically loses its validity after 13 months if no purchase has been made by then. The cookie only stores technical identifiers and no data with which the identity of the user could be directly or even indirectly inferred. Taboola We use the service of Taboola on our website, which makes it possible to play out user-specific recommendations for content and advertisements based on surfing behaviour and customer interests in order to improve the user-friendliness of our offer. The usage profiles are created using pseudonyms, they are not merged with the data about the bearer of the pseudonym and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal data. Taboola collects the following user information by means of cookies: - Operating system used - Referrer URL (the previously visited page) - Host name of the accessing computer (IP address) - Time & number of server requests - Web pages/content accessed on our websites - Location information (city, state/canton, country) - Calls from error pages Google Ads Conversion We use the Google Ads Conversion service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google Ads). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In this way, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs. These advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users. If you have accessed our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your end device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie. These cookies enable Google to recognise your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer will be able to recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of Ads customers. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. These evaluations enable us to see which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising tools; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of Ads Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is still possible for the provider to obtain and store your IP address. Google Ads Remarketing We use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. The remarketing function enables us to present users of our website with advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google Search or on YouTube, so-called "Google Ads" or on other websites). For this purpose, the interaction of users on our website is analysed, e.g. which offers the user was interested in, in order to be able to display targeted advertising to users on other sites even after they have visited our website. For this purpose, Google stores cookies on the end devices of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google display network. These cookies are used to record the visits of these users. The cookies are used to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular device and not to identify a person. You can find more information in the "Cookies" section. You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways: (a) by adjusting the settings of your browser software accordingly; in particular, the suppression of third-party cookies will prevent you from receiving ads from third-party providers b) by installing a plug-in provided by Google c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the self-regulatory campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies d) by permanently deactivating them in your browsers Firefox, Internetexplorer or Google Chrome e) by using the appropriate cookie setting, e.g. in our cookie/tracking banner. If you do this, you may not be able to use all the functions of our offer in full. Google DoubleClick We use Google DoubleClick, a service of Google Inc. to display ads based on the use of previously visited websites. Google uses the so-called DoubleClick cookie for this purpose, which enables your browser to be recognised when you visit other websites. The information generated by the cookie about your visit to these websites (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and advertising for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. However, Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Facebook Custom Audience We use communication tools from the provider Facebook Inc, 1601 S California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA or, if you are a resident of the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. In principle, when using Custom Audience, a non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data, which can be transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. This is where the Facebook cookie is addressed. Facebook Pixel Our website uses so-called "Facebook pixels" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. With the help of the Facebook pixel, it is possible for Facebook to determine the visitors to our offer as a target group for the display of advertisements, so-called "Facebook ads". Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our internet offer. In other words, with the help of the Facebook pixel, we want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not have a harassing effect. With the help of the Facebook pixel, we can further track the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad. The Facebook pixel is integrated directly by Facebook when you visit our website, and a cookie is stored on your device. If you subsequently log in to Facebook or visit Facebook while logged in, your visit to our website will be noted in your profile. The data collected about you is anonymous for us, so we cannot draw any conclusions about your identity. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible. The processing of the data by Facebook takes place within the framework of Facebook's data usage policy. The settings are platform-independent, i.e. they are applied to all devices, such as desktop computers or mobile devices. 8. links to our social media presences On our website we have included links to our social media profiles on the following social networks: - Facebook Inc, 1601 S California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. - Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA - Twitter Inc.,1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA If you click on the relevant social network icons, you will automatically be redirected to our profile on the relevant network. In order to use the functions of the relevant network, you must log in to your user account with the relevant network. When you click on a link to one of our social media profiles, a direct connection is established between your browser and the server of the social network concerned. This provides the network with the information that you visited our website with your IP address and called up the link. If you call up a link to a network while you are logged into your account with the network concerned, the content of our site can be linked to your profile with the network, which means that the network can assign your visit to our website directly to your user account. If you wish to prevent this, you should log out before clicking on the corresponding links. An allocation will take place in any case if you log in to the relevant network after clicking on the link. 9. Please note that by law certain data must be kept for a certain period of time. Such data must therefore remain stored by us until the expiry of these periods. We block this data in our system and only use it to comply with legal requirements. If personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing and/or advertising targeted at your interests, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of such marketing. 10. storage period For the processing operations carried out by us, we generally state how long the data will be stored by us and when it will be deleted or blocked. However, storage may take place beyond the specified time in the event of a (threatened) legal dispute with you or other legal proceedings or if storage is provided for by legal regulations to which we are subject as the responsible party. If the storage period prescribed by the legal regulations expires, the personal data will be blocked or deleted unless further storage by us is necessary and there is a legal basis for this. With regard to the use and storage period of cookies, please refer to point 5. 11 Data security We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data stored by us against manipulation, partial or complete loss and unauthorised access by third parties, taking into account the state of the art, implementation costs and the nature, scope, context and purpose of the processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of a risk to the data.
